The Law aims at ensuring effective use of funds stipulated in the state budget for 2012 to implement the national program of reform and development of the housing and utilities sector for 2009-2014.
Legislative act supplements Final Provisions of the Law “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2012” with a separate provision suspending, up to December 31, 2012, the fifth part of section VII "Financial security of program implementation" of the national program of reform and development of the housing and utilities sector for 2009-2014, adopted by the Law “On the national program of reform and development of the housing and utilities sector for 2009-2014”.
The respective bill was registered under No.11207.
